(PROBLEM-SOLUTION ESSAY) POVERTY IN SPAIN.

It is an actual fact that poverty has reached very high levels in Spain in the last years, due to the economic crisis that affects, since 2008, thousands of families in this country.
Everyday we see more and more people who rommage through the trash to get something to eat or asking for money at the entrance of a supermarket. This is because many families have lost their jobs and they also receive no government grant.

In order to solve this problem, the government should open more soup kitchens, giving more financial support to the unemployed and forbide evictions until the crisis finishes.

Introduction: Smoking is bad for your health.

II. Smoking makes you weaker.

                         A. It makes it more difficult to breath.

                         B. It makes you feel tired before when you are doing sport.



Conclusion: Smoking is bad for your health since it makes you weaker and it also makes you prone to many types of cancer and many other diseases.

(DESCRIBING SOMEONE) SHE IS THE SISTER I HAVE NEVER HAD.

I would like to talk about my best friend because she is a very important person in my life. 
Her name is Jihane, she is from Morocco and she is twenty. 
Concerning her physical appeareance, she is short and slim; she has dark skin, hazel long hair, beautiful brown eyes, a small nose, perfect eyebrows and chubby cheaks. She is a very fashion-conscious person , she loves going shopping, attending to makeup courses, etc. 

About her personality, she is very outgoing: she is always talking to other people; she is also very intelligent and sometimes she could become a little bit obstinate; but, what I like the most of her is that she is very funny: she always makes you laugh with everything she does like recording videos of us in a funny situation, singing in a karaoke, etc. 

At present, she is studying at the university of Madrid, so I can't see her everyday as we used to do few years ago and I miss her so much. 
She is one of the most important persons in my life because she helped me a lot with a bullying problem I had years ago and since that moment, we became inseparable friends. 

(DESCRIBING A PLACE) MY FAVOURITE PLACE IN THE WORLD

This morning, I have woken up remembering the most beautiful place I have ever visited.
It is a kind of salty lake, but it looks like a beach: it has golden sand all around it , where high palm trees that provide visitors a comfortable shade to lie down are grown. Furthermore, the lake water is very clear, as much as it allows you to see the little fishes swimming along the lake,and the sun shines every day, giving a feeling of warmth . All this constitutes a beautiful sceneary.
I love going to this place because it is not very frequented by tourists and there you can enjoy the nature while you take a bath of salty water that regenerates your skin.

INTRODUCTION:

Spain is a country with a huge diversity of landscapes and physical features, since it has highlands and also lowlands, mountains, etc. For that reason, it is a very good place to develop new metods for renewable energy , like solar energy or wind power, which would turn Spain into a green and clean country. Furthermore, the prices of these energies would be smaller than fuel or gas price, so people could use them more frequently.



CONCLUSION:

In conclusion, we have seen how to set renewable energies in Spain would be a success, as the country has numerous places to place their infrastructures and it would  also provide advantages such as reducing pollution levels and the  prices of these energies, making them more accessible to everyone.

(COMPARE AND CONSTRAST ESSAY) CHRISTMAS BEFORE AND NOW.

Christmas is a time of the year that excites us all, wether we are children or adults. But it is also true that adults don't enjoy Cristmas as kids do. Because of that, I would like to compare how I lived Christmas when I was younger and how I do now.

I think that there are  things that don't change; for example, when I was a child I was, as now, enthusiastic about decorating my house with every type of Christmas item like Santas, Christmas trees, red candles, etc. I have always loved Christmas decorations and I am sure I will always love them!
Other thing that I used to love was walking on the street seeing all the Christmas lights , listening to carols in every shop I went,...  I also loved that this typical man in the shopping centres dressed as Santa Claus gave me a lot of sweets. Today, I still enjoying these things!

But not everything is now like few years ago: when I was younger, I saw Christmas as something magical, because Santa was comming to give me a lot of presents, but now, I think that Christmas is just a commercial thing.
Before, I only received presents and they were big, cool and expensive, different from now, that it's me who have to buy a lot of presents and, instead of receiving money, I spend it!

In conclusion, I can say that Christmas is not the same thing when you are a child and when you are adult, but, although that, it continues having its good things!
